Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order number and photos of the item(s) when submitting your return request.

Fees That Apply

• Return Shipping Fee: $10 USD.
• Restocking Fee: $10 USD.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
• Personal care goods (e.g., underwear, beauty products).
• Sale items, gift cards, or items purchased with a coupon or discount code.

How to Start a Return

2. Receive Instructions:
   If your return is approved, we will provide:

• The return address (as we ship from multiple warehouses).
• Instructions for sending back your item.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
